Construction Site Security Guards in Burnaby, British Columbia
Burnaby’s Metrotown, Brentwood, and Lougheed town centres are among the busiest high-rise construction zones in Metro Vancouver, alongside steady residential and light-industrial growth.
Construction Site Security Challenges in Burnaby
High-rise and mixed-use construction across Burnaby’s town centres sits close to SkyTrain lines and dense residential and retail activity, requiring disciplined perimeter and pedestrian management. Light-industrial construction near the Burnaby Lake and North Burnaby corridors adds standard equipment theft exposure.
Unattended construction sites in Burnaby are prime targets for theft of tools, copper wiring, lumber, and heavy equipment, as well as vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized dumping. Licensed, on-site security is one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to prevent these losses before they happen.
