Construction Site Security Services in Comox & Alberni-Clayoquot (Rural Vancouver Island)
Vancouver Island’s remote west-coast communities, including Tofino and Ucluelet, see significant seasonal resort and tourism-adjacent construction driven by the region’s surfing and eco-tourism economy.
Construction Site Security Considerations in Comox & Alberni-Clayoquot (Rural Vancouver Island)
Resort and high-value residential construction in Tofino and Ucluelet often involves premium finishes and materials attractive to theft, while extremely high seasonal tourist volume increases exposure to vandalism and unauthorized site access.
Unattended construction sites are prime targets for theft of tools, copper wiring, lumber, and heavy equipment, as well as vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized dumping. Licensed, mobile security patrol is one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to prevent these losses across a wide, low-density service area — before they happen.
