Construction Site Security Guards in Coquitlam, British Columbia
Coquitlam’s rapidly growing city centre along the Evergreen SkyTrain line, alongside continued residential subdivision growth, creates steady demand for dependable, licensed construction site security.
Construction Site Security Challenges in Coquitlam
High-rise and mixed-use construction in Coquitlam City Centre sits close to transit lines and dense residential activity, requiring careful perimeter and pedestrian management, while residential subdivisions on the city’s northeast side bring more conventional overnight theft exposure.
Unattended construction sites in Coquitlam are prime targets for theft of tools, copper wiring, lumber, and heavy equipment, as well as vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized dumping. Licensed, on-site security is one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to prevent these losses before they happen.
