Construction Site Security Guards in North York, Ontario
Between condo cranes, laneway access and constant foot traffic, construction in North York puts sites in the public eye all day and out of sight all night.
Construction Site Security Challenges in North York
Unattended construction sites in North York are prime targets for theft of tools, copper wiring, lumber and heavy equipment, along with vandalism, trespassing and unauthorized dumping. The cost of a missing delivery usually runs well past the price of the materials once delays are counted.
In North York, the riskiest stretches are long weekends and the stage right after materials are delivered but before the building can be locked up.
