Construction Site Security Guards in New Brunswick
Saint John’s role as a major Atlantic port city, home to significant refining and industrial operations, means construction sites here are often large-scale industrial builds alongside heritage-district and residential development.
Construction Site Security Challenges in Saint John
Port-adjacent and industrial construction in Saint John involves extensive equipment and material assets across large, sometimes unfenced perimeters, a significant theft risk during overnight hours. Uptown heritage-district construction requires careful containment given the area’s historic streetscape.
Unattended construction sites in Saint John are prime targets for theft of tools, copper wiring, lumber, and heavy equipment, as well as vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized dumping. Licensed, on-site security is one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to prevent these losses before they happen.
