Construction Site Security Guards in Sherwood Park, Alberta
Sherwood Park, the urban service area of Strathcona County, sees a mix of residential subdivision growth and industrial development tied to the nearby Alberta’s Industrial Heartland corridor.
Construction Site Security Challenges in Sherwood Park
Residential subdivision construction in Sherwood Park leaves partially built homes exposed to theft and vandalism during multi-phase builds, while industrial development near the Heartland corridor faces broader perimeter theft risk.
Unattended construction sites in Sherwood Park are prime targets for theft of tools, copper wiring, lumber, and heavy equipment, as well as vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized dumping. Licensed, on-site security is one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to prevent these losses before they happen.
