Construction Site Security Guards in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador
St. John’s role as the commercial and offshore-oil services hub of Newfoundland and Labrador means construction sites here range from downtown heritage-district infill to large-scale industrial and offshore-support facility development.
Construction Site Security Challenges in St. John's
Downtown St. John’s heritage streetscape requires careful site containment during infill construction given significant tourist foot traffic, while offshore-sector and industrial construction along the harbour involves large equipment yards and extended perimeters vulnerable to after-hours theft.
Unattended construction sites in St. John’s are prime targets for theft of tools, copper wiring, lumber, and heavy equipment, as well as vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized dumping. Licensed, on-site security is one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to prevent these losses before they happen
