Construction Site Security Guards in Whitehorse, Yukon
In Whitehorse, supplies often arrive once a season, so a single theft or act of vandalism can stall a project for months.
Construction Site Security Challenges in Whitehorse
Unattended construction sites in Whitehorse are prime targets for theft of tools, copper wiring, lumber and heavy equipment, along with vandalism, trespassing and unauthorized dumping. The cost of a missing delivery usually runs well past the price of the materials once delays are counted.
In Whitehorse, the riskiest stretches are long weekends and the stage right after materials are delivered but before the building can be locked up.
